We require 1-2 weeks’ notice for all custom designs. For signature designs or simple-style bakery cakes, we need at least 3 days’ notice. Same-day order and pick-up are available for items from our daily menu.
Yes! We have a full case of a variety of sweets available for walk-ins from Wednesday to Monday. We are closed on Tuesdays.
Yes, we offer delivery for any custom order throughout CT for an additional cost.
If you are serving your cake/cupcakes the same day, they can be left out at room temperature. If you are serving your cakes/cupcakes the following day, you must refrigerate them overnight and take them out to let them come to room temperature at least 2 hours before serving.
Yes, we offer gluten-free cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and French macarons.
Always transport cakes on the floor of your car or a flat surface like the trunk. Do not try to hold the cake on your lap; it’s best on a flat surface. If you are refrigerating your cake, please take it out 2 hours prior to serving to allow the frosting to come to room temperature.
Although we ask for an inspiration picture, we will never copy another artist’s work exactly. We will create something very similar and add our own little flare to it. If you have a specific color shade you need us to match, please provide an in-person swatch. Sometimes colors on a computer screen can be skewed.
